Ken Nofziger

Ken Nofziger has 30 years of experience providing investment banking, restructuring and consulting services to shareholders and managers of middle-market businesses. Prior to co-founding Kander LLC in early 2020, Ken served for ten years as President of Murray Wise Capital LLC, a leading food and agribusiness financial and strategic advisory firm. Previously, Ken was a managing director and co-head of food and agribusiness investment banking for Duff & Phelps, LLC in Los Angeles, CA.

Throughout his career, Ken has worked directly with food and agribusiness clients, including farming operators, seed/feed producers, equipment dealers, as well as produce, dairy, protein and other food processors, packers, wholesalers and distributors.

Prior to investment banking, Ken worked in the Audit and Accounting Division of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and as a senior manager in the Consulting Services Division of RSM McGladrey, Inc. A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, Ken also completed his Master of Business Administration at DePaul University. Ken holds real estate licenses in several states and previously held various securities licenses and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA, 1991) designation.
